I have never had a day I didn't have fun at Fernie. Love the snow I'm back in Fernie for the 5th time. We cant get enough of the place, but the best bit is i'm emigrating to Calgary in February so will be visiting Fernie more often :-) Back to Fernie on for 6 weeks, for 7th year, and taking Ski Instructors course. Really looking forward to the hill again. Hope it gets a bit warmer and more snow (like last year)! Bring on the snow :-) I'm there next saturday for 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!! I wanna go ............ Went Christmas 08 stayed in Stone Creek, an awesome resort, fresh snow every day, Canadas best kept secret, no ques at the lifts, wide open runs. Magic Greeting Fernie Lovers, two weeks to go, two weeks to go, two weeks to go and I'll be in the snow!! Last year was amazing, tell the Griz I want more....or just the same would be perfectly acceptable! 13 days till my first venture to Fernie!!! Me, the missus and 4 mates are all coming over! Snowboarding heaven awaits!! Really excited! Going there next week for the first time! From Montreal I'm going in march, I can barely wait that long. I want to go so bad, right now!! I'm coming skiing on Saturday can't wait going to be great.. Yeah baby - going to Fernie in 5 days!! Looks awesome - can't wait B-) Skied there last weekend twas magical, decided to move there can't wait Snow is looking good. Can't wait till the 21st. Bring it on 2 weeks of fun in the snow.......... I am in love with Fernie!! It had been waayyy too long since I had been there. Everything was so perfect last weekend for our trip. I look very forward to returning very very soon. Gutted.. had an awesome couple of weeks, the weather was great, the snow was great the company was awesome just wish it wasn't just for a vacation and was more for life :-( I am tall and I am going to ski your mountain Yess man I can't wait to ride at Fernie Alpine Resort :) what a moutain yeah White Pass, jan-march, absolutely legendary time! All I want for Christmas is a BIG dump on Fernie for when I get there!!!! :D Fernie was sick at the bottom. Wish i was there - enjoy u lucky Sons of Griz .............. Rip roaring Fernie next weekend. KABOOOOOOOOM! Cant wait to get there!! Bring on the curry!!! Fernie is doing crazy good this year heading up this weekend Woot cant wait to board in Fernie!! 10 more days!! I really want to be there so bad. My Son is at Fernie-I am envious-would love to ski there omg I loved the powder today! Wish I was there makin DEEP POW POW TURNS!!!!! Well my 10 day holiday is all but over and I must say I loved the skiing. Europe just won't be the same again yeah the snows not too different but the views can't be matched Ugh!!! Why did I leeeeave?!?!?!?!?! Love this place Wowwwwww! Looks like some beautiful pristine snow! Can hardly wait to visit! Drool...look at all that snow... I really want to be back in fernie with the silence of the slopes I need solitude Cant wait to get there! Sweet! Fernie's awesome, you'll love skiing the hill! Been 2 Fernie twice now and just booked next years trip, only 362 sleeps to go. Can't say enough about it! i love the place and the people Fernie Rocks! Spent a very enjoyable season there in 2005 been dreaming of returning ever since :( Was there last week. Had a blastie blast!! Love me the currie bowl T-minus 16 days; hopin' to mow some pow !!!!!!!! 2010 Olympics should have been held in Fernie!!! Comp was great to watch today Fernie is my choice :) Was just there for the 5th or 6th time. Never lets us down. Beautiful as ever. Fernie's hill is awesome powder or not - when there's no fresh pow, the grooming team do an amazing job and you get super sweet fluffy groomers to power down. Yummy ... Fernie's got a rep for a natural wild mountain. But the grooming we've experienced this season actually rivals Whistler in excellence. Sweet corduroy is a nice alternative when the fresh powder is lacking. I live in ontario, I was at fernie a month ago and it was epic Just got in. Most enjoyable morning. Even the sun was shining!!!....kinda! Its been 7yrs since we were last in Fernie, seeing the photos and reading about the snow conditions, I dont think it will make 8yrs!!!! mwahahaha! im leaving in 10 mins for fernie!!!! It was amazing this weekend, like I was shocked at how good it was! Hoping to get one more weekend in! Dreaming of making it back! I so wish I was back in Fernie :) Fernies a kickass place be ! Already got my pass stoked for next season. Biking and skiing at fernie both rock, Fernie is one of the best places to go ever! Got my pass today, way stoked to go ride! Cant wait to go biking again! Hey there, Fernie Alpine Resort! I just wanted to shoot you a big thanks for everything you did for myself and my filmer, this past winter. We had a great time at Fernie, met a lot of amazing folks, and found some great powder in the steeps. I miss fernie I live a long way away but remember this place well would move there if I could.Loved it. Travelled there from Scotland 10yrs ago and i still remember it like yesterday. Hopefully back next year. Thanks for an awesome winter Fernie Alpine Resort! We highly recommend the Wolf's Den... it's basic, it's clean, there's a fridge, the staff are amazing and it's right there! Do it, do it now. FERNIE NEXT SEASON SO KEEEEEN Spent 3 wks in Fernie at Xmas and new year with my wife and two children, had an awesome time, coming back in July for a month of extreme mountain biking, and then back again next Xmas.....whoop whoop!!!! Wish I could live there, you guys have got the best of both worlds, winter sports and then in the summer mountain biking, hiking, golf, fishing, White water rafting!!!!!!! Lucky buggers! Oh well, back to boring old miserable England! :( Thank you for the epic weekend of the best riding all year! You are the very best! I'd rather be snowboarding at Fernie!! Fantastic - this is the best season in years! 2008 was awesome, we were there last week Jan. and first week Feb. and we had fresh powder every day - sooooooo lucky! I so want to live in BC, think I must have been Canadian in a previous life! Dear Fernie, I am so sad that so much was closed this weekend, but we still managed to find many good runs and good snow. Thanks for keeping us safe! As per usual, your staff was welcoming and awesome. See you soon hopefully! ♥ Oh my god. Just finished #steepanddeep camp at @SkiFernie. AWESOME!! Highly recommended if you are visiting #Fernie Getting spoiled by @SkiFernie keep the snow coming! @SkiFernie amazing day! Weather is wonderful too. I can streak out here and I wouldn't get a frostbite. Had an amazing day @SkiFernie on the steep and deep camp. Great powder, great instruction and freshies all day. Sweet. |
