WOMEN'S MOUNTAIN BIKE CAMPS
Mountain Bike Camps designed by women for women! These camps are catered to beginner to intermediate level riders and are led by qualified female instructors. Increase your skill level and confidence within a fun, social environment. By the end of the camp you will have a new passion for the sport of Mountain Biking!
Price: 1 Day Camp (Saturday only) - $105 + tax
2 Day Camp (Saturday & Sunday) - $185 + tax

Skills to be covered in Clinics:
• Neutral position
• Bike Body Separation
• Braking
• Descending
• Climbing – Seated, crouched and standing
• Cornering
• Switchbacks – on level terrain, descending terrain and ascending terrain
• Front wheel lifts – basic and pedaling
• Straight line riding (introduction to riding on elevated obstacles)
What to Bring:
• Well tuned bike with shocks (rentals available)
• Helmet and riding gloves
• Arm and Leg pads (rentals available)

KIDS FREERIDE CAMPS
Teaching kids to ride hard and safe! Learn to ride steep lines and tackle challenging terrain with our team of expert coaches. Each camp has a specific focus that maximizes progressive development in all aspects of mountain biking.

Beginner Level (ages 8+)
Ideal for the (relatively) new to mountain biking, comfortable riding on low grade dirt trails, and have basic bike handling skills and are comfortable on their bike.
Dates: July 10-11
Specific Focus: Skills will include braking, cornering, climbing, descending, balancing skills, maneuvering over and around small obstacles, safety and trail etiquette.
Intermediate Level (ages 8+)
Ideal for the rider who is comfortable riding single track, green trails & most blue trails.
Date: July 24-25
Specific Focus: The focus of this camp is to take the skills of braking, cornering, climbing, descending, balancing and maneuvering and develop them on more challenging, technical terrain.
Advanced Level (ages 10-15 years)
Ideal for the more skilled riders who have already developed strong riding skills.
Dates: August 6-8
Specific Focus: Learn some new skills and tricks and take their riding to the next level. Learn how to develop a smooth and flowing style in this fast paced camp.
All camps run from 10:30am - 5:00pm each day.

Lift ticket & disc brake bike required.
Helmet, gloves and pads are mandatory.
FRIDAY NIGHT SKILLS CLINICS
Brush up on your technical skills with help from our professional coaches. Fun, action packed, skill development clinics for the beginner or intermediate rider. Learn the basics and boost your confidence for climbing, downhill, x-country, obstacles, single track or regular bike handling on our lift accessible trails.
Dates: Every Friday from 5:00pm - 7:00pm

MOUNTAIN BIKE PRIVATE LESSONS
For the beginner or hardcore rider – have a lesson tailor made to suit your skills! Maximum 4 people in a lesson. Lessons must be booked in advance through Guest Services.
