Cancellation Fee: 24 hours is required for canceling or you will be
charged according to the programs that you have booked for your child(ren)
No exceptions.
Sick Policy: If your child is feeling "under the weather", we are unable to accept them in our Childcare Centre or ski programs. If your child has been ill, they may return after a 24-hour time period. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Late Charges: A late fee of $10.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes late picking up your child at the end of the day. This applies to all time and age categories. NO EXCEPTIONS.

CHANGE OF CLOTHES: Please bring your child winter boots, snowpants, warm jacket, mitts and a change of clothes. We do play outdoors during the day. We require children to have indoor shoes or slippers. Please label all your child's belongings.
WHAT TO BRING: Please provide health insurance information and photocopy of immunization record, small picture of your child, allergy information, proof of age, diapers, wipes, special blanket, snacks, lunch and juice or water.
ALLERGIES: We are a nut free centre. If you bring your child a bag lunch or snacks, we ask that you not bring any food containing nuts. If your child has allergies please provide your own food.
Reminders: Children arriving at the Resort Kids Childcare must arrive and be booked in by a parent or legal guardian. You will have a registration from to complete before dropping off your child(ren).
MINI: First time skiing but still requires assistance. Will learn to stand on skis, with feet in a pizza, walk around on skis, slide and stop, play red light - green light, link turns around cones, slide with hand on knees, and turning and stopping on mini moose without assistance. Working towards Mighty Moose.
MIGHTIES: Some experience on skis. Must be able to stop on their own
consistently to go on the mighty moose. Will learn to slide small and tall,
walk up a slope like a duck, get up from falls on their own, ride the mighty
moose independently, leans to a downhill leg while turning, and traverse to
a snowplow to stop. Working towards going up the Deer.
DEER: Moderate experience on skis. Will learn to turn shape based on
terrain, try to match ski's between turns, and tap the uphill ski. Can stop
and link turns in control down Deer andMeadow working towards skiing off
the Elk chair.
ELK: Advanced on skis. Will learn to hop while skiing, comfortable with
increased speeds, trying to match skis through turns, can balance on a
uphill ski. Can stop and link turns in control down the Lower Lizard and Elk
becoming more comfortable with speed.
