School group prices are valid for all elementary to secondary level schools
Packages Include:
Lesson
Full day lift ticket
Full day equipment rental (ski or snowboard, boots, bindings, poles)
Complimentary helmet rental
All prices are in Canadian funds and are subject
to 5% GST
BC Resorts (Fernie and Kimberley) are subject to 12% HST
Groups of 15 people or more qualify for group rates
Chaperone complimentary lift tickets rates: 1 per 10 students

GROUP BOOKING POLICIES & PROCEDURES
1)
Group rates do not include
GST or applicable PST and are based on purchasing at least
15 lift passes per day.
2)
All groups must be pre-booked
in order to receive group rates.
3)
To make a booking please fill
out the booking form and return it to the central sales
centre.
4)
You will receive confirmation by phone or email once your booking is received.
5)
Confirmation of numbers for
lift tickets, lessons and rentals will be required 14
days in advance along with accurate rental information
forms. Please ensure the information is legible and complete.
(An electronic form can be e-mailed upon request).
6)
We ask that your group arrive
a minimum of one hour prior to the lesson time to ensure
that we can provide quality service and proper equipment
fitting in the rental area.
Please Note: All groups will be required to pay a 25%
deposit upon booking (4 weeks minimum). The balance will
be due 30 days prior to departure.
